What is a live experience?

A live experience is an in-person activation where guests interact with your brand in real time through a hands-on, memorable moment.

Do I need to source the product through you?

No. If you already have a product you want personalized, that’s totally fine — we can focus on the activation itself as long as we received samples in advance to test with our equipment.

Do you offer custom booth set ups?

Yes! We have several packages from which you can choose in order to customize the booth. We offer in-house designers to assist you with the personalization of your event booth and tailor it to your preferences.

How far in advance should I book?

We typically book our events about 60 days in advance. For last minute events within that 60 day period, we may require a rush fee. Please note that booking dates are not reserved until the contract is signed and deposit has been cleared.

Do you take a deposit?

We take a 50% deposit in order to reserve your event dates. The remaining balance is due the day prior to your event date.

How do I reserve an event date?

Following your consultation with our team we will send you our quote and a contract for your event together with a link to submit your deposit. Once we receive your signed contract and your event deposit has cleared, you can consider your event date fully reserved! From there the fun begins and we can begin designing an incredible activation experience for you.

Do you have a minimum time requirement for live experiences?

Yes, our minimum is 4 hours. During our consultation with you, we will advise you on the estimated duration time which will be based upon the specifics of your event, the number or attendees, the personalization method, and product type.

I need to cancel my event, what happens to my deposit?

Accepted Answer

We know that sometimes unexpected things happen that may cause you to have to cancel or reschedule your event. Please review our policies below and don't hesitate to reach out should you have any questions.

Bookings cancelled with us within 72 hours of contract return and deposit received are entitled a full refund of your deposit.

Bookings cancelled with us after 72 hours of contract return and deposit cleared forfeit their deposit amount, however, you may rebook your event with us within 12 months and apply your deposit amount to your new event, or you may apply your deposit amount toward a self-hosted event instead.

Bookings that need to be rescheduled with us after contract return and deposit received can be rescheduled at no additional cost. A revised contract will be submitted to you and your new event date will be reserved upon return of the signed contract. Rescheduled events are subject to our availability.

Timing depends on the activation, guest volume, and event format, but we can help plan the experience around your schedule. We have a four hour minimum to accommodate set up and break down.
