If you engage POD Activations for an event, the applicable proposal, contract, invoice, or signed event agreement controls the specific services, payment terms, cancellation terms, client responsibilities, and other event details. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed event agreement, the signed event agreement controls.

Client Responsibilities

For booked services, clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and timely approvals, including event date, venue, guest count, access requirements, event schedule, branding or artwork approvals, and any venue rules that affect the activation.

Clients must ensure that POD Activations has appropriate venue access, workspace, power, permissions, and any other conditions identified in the applicable event agreement or production plan.

Intellectual Property
